My son has been with Raiders for 5 years since joining the U7s and I've been managing his team for the last 4 years. It's great to be involved with Raiders as the ethos and support is great for the kids, parents and volunteers alike. My role is to work with and lead the Board of

My son joined Raiders at U7s and I’ve loved watching him develop as a footballer and be a part of such a supportive and encouraging environment. Both of my sons have been enthusiastic members of Raiders since U7s, it is a fantastic community football club which gives children the chance to make new friends and build team spirit. I have volunteered many times with the annual tournament and also pitch side at their matches so when the opportunity to become a trustee and HR advisor came along, I jumped at it!

My son joined U10 last year and has developed into a proud and determined Raiders U11 player. His enthusiasm has inspired me to join the impressive Raiders volunteer community. As a trustee, my role is to exercise oversight and scrutiny, and help ensure that the charitable objects are carried out and that sustainable revenues continue to be generated.

I am proud to have been involved with Raiders as a Manager and Age Group Coordinator since U7s , as well as on the Raiders Committee for 10 years. As well as Raiders providing ‘football for all’, I am keen to develop a pathway for our players into the Senior 11-a-side game.
