Paul Firth… Manager of the Month for December

Paul Firth wins Raiders Manager of the Month for December 2018. Paul has been a Raiders Manager for nine years now and has received a number of nominations… so the award is well overdue!

As Manager of a Blue (2nd) team, Paul has to oversee multiple squad changes every year, but handles this in his stride .

A strict advocate of equal playing time and developing players in different positions, the boys all enjoy playing in the side and feedback from parents is always positive. Paul has seen the side move into different divisions and different leagues in his time, but with his assistant, Lee Britten, always seems to correctly balance competition and development, while maintaining a strong team ethos.
